Tree

Tree is similar to MultiLevelDictionary / Library (sc3)
but allows you to put values at any adress at any time.
it is tested for sc2 and I have attached a slightly modified
version of felix Library3 (Library2, to avoid problems).

new version is now fully recursive, so a tree contains trees with trees in them.
MultiLevelEnvironment is available too.
