I use director thru OMS iac bus to communicate.
I use iac to make 4 port, each port connect to different midi software.
I saw the example files which only assign the channal but no ports.
How can I assign ports thru SC?

for midi out: MIDIOut::new has a port argument
for mini in: all messages from all ports are recieved.
best you use channel as separation of this kind.
you could for example send from one device only on channels 1-8 and
on the other from 9-17.

Note:
Memory problems in sc2 are often connected with the USB Floppy Enabler system extension!
just switch it off in Control Panels > Extensions on/Off or just drag it into System Extensions (Off)
