UGens for joystick input.

multiple sticks, buttons, axes, and hats.
will probably make its way in to the binary
distributions at some stage, but i thought i'd
stick it up here for the moment.

NOTE: the above download will only work if you have the sdlLIB
installed. if you have fink, go 'fink install sdl'. i've had a report that
it only works with the fink version, and not the one from the sdl site.

if you want to compile it under linux you need to link to libSDL, i
have not tested it on linux, it may need some tweaking. if you
tweak it please send me the new tweaked file.

also if you don't plan on using it you should remove it from your
plugin folder as it adds a second or so (g4 867) to server boot up
for joystick initialization, etc...
