Motivate the troops for the backbone!!
If we form a subcommittee we will articulate who we are and our role in the market, and prototype the development path.
We've been running fast, now we have to run smart. It's time to get off the blower and keep all of us in the loop on the red team.

What's the issue here? Can't we just solidify our knowledge base and achieve sustainable competitive advantage on the cost management.
