but as we experienced from the similar theremin-circuits, oscillators and changes in capacitance are hard to handle.
two electrodes in a distance of about 1cm have about 2 kohm resistance if 30 cm submerged in water, and about 5 if just 1cm in the water so this is much easier to use for conversion.
